The Wellness Connection is directed by Stephen Holt, a renowned worksite health promotion leader with over 25 years of industry experience. Stephen Holt is also the founder and president of High Impact Health and Fitness Services, the parent company of the Wellness Connection and Premier Health and Fitness Resources.

Holt received his Masters of Science in Cardiovascular Health from Northeastern University (Boston, MA), while attaining his undergraduate degree in Physical Education and Health from East Carolina University (Greenville, NC).
