Partners in Health
  • Target Audience: Contemplators, Preparation, Action, Maintenance, ....for more
  • Description: Get your inactive members active! This is an interactive program which will help an individual establish a more healthy, active lifestyle. This is a non-competitive program, designed for persons of all ages and abilities. Its foundation is peer motivation.
  • Individual Commitment: Individuals must work with their partner to complete a minimum of 5 workouts. 30 minutes in length. They could participate in a (optional) weekly bonus activity.

Ball Park Fitness
  • Target Audience: Preparation, Action, Maintenance......for more
  • Description: Take a swing at this 4-week oriented incentive program & become one of the Ball players! As a TEAM, exercise your way around the baseball diamond. The first team to get a HOMERUN is the World Series Winner! A Baseball Game has never been so appealing!
  • Individuals Commitment: Work in a team oriented environment to successfully complete the program. The maximum commitment would be a 30 minutes workout from one to 5 days per week.

Beat the Winter Blahs
  • Target Audience: Preparation, Action, Maintenance, ....for more
  • Description: This is a team activity. Individuals sign up for one of four teams. It is designed to keep individuals active, motivated and feeling good as Old Man Winter loosens his grip on your region. Points are tallied for the team on a daily basis. The team with the most points wins the program. Activities range from general exercise to Self Care (yoga)
  • Individuals Commitment: The individual receives points for exercising a minimum of 30 minutes, and participating in self help activities.

Fall into Fitness
  • Target Audience: Action, Maintenance, ...for more
  • Description: Join the fun this Fall as we get fit in time to enjoy the Foliage. In this program two teams represent trees that are trying to shed its leaves. Participants can shed leaves if they exercise 3 or more times a week and face a weekly wellness challenge. This program motivates participants to get active while having fun!
  • Individuals Commitment: Exercise for 30 minutes per day at least 3 days per week and complete the weekly challenge.

Fit the Pyramid
  • Target Audience:Contemplators, Preparation, Action, Maintenance, ...for more
  • Description: This program is designed to educate and motivate the participant toward starting a healthy lifestyle. Points are accumulated for achieving weekly nutritional and exercise goals. The participant will progress toward reaching the proper nutritional and exercise recommendations.
  • Individuals Commitment: Participants will need to exercise a minimum of 30 minutes per day, the number of days per week increases weekly. They will also need to reach different nutritional requirements (based on FDA Food Pyramid) on a weekly basis.
